Communism vs capitalism debate is a battle between two extreme socioeconomic theories. They are theories that represent two inherently opposite ways of thinking. One is extremely individualistic (Capitalism), while the other one (Communism) believes in putting the society before self. The communism vs capitalism clash polarized the world during the cold war. This article explores all dimensions of communism vs capitalism debate and explores the two ideologies while comparing their points of difference.

Communism vs Capitalism Comparison
Here is a straight comparison between communism and capitalism, which discusses the pros and cons of both the ideologies.

Communism vs Capitalism: Ownership of Means of Production

The primary point of difference between capitalism and communism is regarding the ownership of 'means of production' or resources in general. Communism shuns private/individual ownership of land or any vital resources. Instead, all the 'means of production' like land and other resources should be owned by the state. By state here, I mean the whole community of people. All land and resources which enable the production of goods and services will be owned by one and all. Everything will be shared! All decisions about production will be made by the whole community by democratic means. There will be equal wages for all. All the decisions taken will be according to what is good for all.

On the other hand, capitalism believes in private ownership of land and means of production. Every man will have to earn his worth. The major share of the profits earned from a business will go to the person who owns the means of production, while the workers who are responsible for running the business will get a small share. Every man will get his wages according to his merit and according to the thinking of the man who owns the means of production. Naturally the people who own the means of production, the capitalists, call the shots when it comes to decision making!

This is the major bone of contention between the two ideologies, ownership of means of production! Both are extreme ideas. While communism can kill the idea of individual enterprise, which has led to most of the technological innovations we see today, capitalism has the seeds of exploitation, where too much wealth and therefore power, is concentrated in the hands of a few people.

Communism vs Capitalism: Individual Freedom

As I said before, communism and capitalism are two extreme points of view, which have contrasting views about individual freedom. Communism asks one to put the society before the individual, while capitalism puts individual freedom, before society.

So, the polarity between two ideologies is 'Individualism vs Social welfare'. Capitalism gives more importance to individual aspirations and appeals to the inherent selfish nature, which is inherent in all human beings. This inherent selfishness, is a result of the instinct of self preservation.

Communism appeals to our more saintly side, wherein we think about others before ourselves. It is a noble thought, which goes against the inherent selfish nature of people, though it is appealing to their generous natures.

Both again are two extreme points of view, which have their advantages and disadvantages. Some of the greatest advances in human history have happened due to individual creativity and enterprise, which were self serving, though they ultimately benefited the society. Communism can kill that individual creative streak, by making a person do what he is told. In short, it has the danger of killing creativity and original thinking.

Capitalism, on the other hand, feeding selfish desires can create capitalist autocrats who can have control of life and death over thousands of people, leading to exploitation. Read more on, 'Pros and Cons of capitalism'.

Communism vs Capitalism: Society

Communism advocates a classless, egalitarian society, where all men and women are placed on the same footing. There will be no differences of class, race, religion or even nationality! This way, there will be nothing to fight for. This is nice as an idea, but trying to implement this idea is tough and asking people to give up all the things that make them different, is unfair! Every person is special and different in his own way.

Capitalism promotes class distinction. In fact creates the major class distinction of haves and have-nots, the rich and the poor. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer under pure capitalism. The rich class controls the means of production and wields power, thereby imposing their own class distinction and whims on the society.

Communism vs Capitalism: Anatomy of Power

Communism appeals to the higher ideal of altruism, while capitalism promotes selfishness. Let us consider what will happen to power distribution in both these ideologies! Capitalism naturally concentrates wealth and therefore, power in the hands of the people who own the means of production. So, it creates the rich elite who control wealth, resources and power. So, naturally they decide the distribution of power.

In communism, ideally, if all of mankind was of saintly nature, altruistic and selfless, the distribution of power would be equal. All decisions would be made by democratic means and there would be no unjust rules favoring a few!

However, that is not the case here, people are inherently selfish and the nature of power is such that it corrupts minds and absolute power corrupts absolutely. We have the example of how communism can concentrate absolute power over a whole nation, in the hands of a single man, in Stalinist Russia! So, both the ideologies can fail and create an unjust society!

Ultimately what we need, is a balanced approach, which is a combination of good points in both the ideologies. A mixed economy where the state has control over all the vital resources of a nation, provides welfare for the needy, while also promoting free entrepreneurship! Communism vs Nazism

Communism and Nazism are two different political ideologies. They oppose each
other and one can come across numerous differences between the two. Some people
now a days do not see much difference between the two. But this not true and the
two are distinct in all aspects. The communists have a different thinking of
politics and economy than the Nazis.

Communism is a socio economic ideology that aims at a classless, egalitarian,
and a stateless society. The ideology is based on a common ownership and it is
the community that controls the resources or the means of production. Nazism or
National Socialism is a totalitarian ideology that was practised by the Nazi
Party or the National Socialist German Workers’ Party.

Nazism became so popular under Adolf Hitler. Communist ideology can be
attributed to Karl Marx and Fredrick Engels.

Communism stands for a free society where all are equal and every one can
participate in the decision making process. It stands for a class less society
and has no barriers of any religion, caste or state. A fascist political system,
Nazism stands for socialist policies but also ensures that a wealthy class stays
at the helm of power.

While Nazism believes in extreme nationalism, ethnic divisions and a firm
government, communism does not have such prepositions and it focuses on
equality. While communism is focussed on a classless society, Nazism is focussed
on a racist society. In German Nazis considered Aryan race to be superior to all
others.

While Communism is on the far left, Nazism is considered to be far right.
Communism can be said to be having foundations in some strong political
ideology. On the other hand, Nazism is not based on any strong political
ideology but only based on racial divide.

Summary:

1.Communism is a socio economic ideology that aims at a classless, egalitarian,

Communism vs Fascism

Though some people may term communism and fascism as the two sides of the same
coin, they are different in their ideology and other aspects. Communism is a
socio economic system that stands for a class less, state less and an
egalitarian society. Fascism is an ideology that tries to bring together radical
and authoritarian nationalism.

Fascism became popular between 1919 and 1945 and the term has become an epithet
for all bad things. Fascism originally referred to the Fascists under Benito
Mussolini. Communism became popular after the Bolshevik Revolution of Russia in
1917. The Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels is considered to
be the bible of communism. The authoritative document of Fascism is "The
Doctrine of Fascism.

Communism stands for a stateless society where all are equal. No one is rich or
poor in a communist system. In Communism, it is the community that holds the
production and the major resources. On the other hand, Fascism pertains to state
and it considers state on top of everything. In fascism the state is all
embracing. For the fascists, no human values exist outside the state. Fascism
believes that everything is within the State and nothing is above the State or
outside the State or against the State. Fascism believes in nationalism
(includes economic nationalism), corporatism (includes economic planning),
militarism and totalitarianism (dictatorship and social interventionism).

The Communists think globally where as the Fascists think only in a national
level.

In communism, the state is the custodian of everything and it is the state that
owns everything. On the other hand, in Fascism, the state has control over
everything. In simple words, Communism means state ownership and fascism means
state control.

Fascism is derived from Italian fascio meaning bundle. Communism comes from
French communisme, meaning common.

Fascism vs Nazism

Nazism is considered to be one form of fascism. Though both Nazism and fascism
reject the ideologies of liberalism, Marxism and democracy, these two are
different in many aspects. It is hard to make a perfect differentiation between
the two.

Nazism and Fascism have their origin in the 20th century. While fascism was in
vogue between 1919 and 1945, Nazism became popular from 1933 to 1945.

Fascism is a term that was originally referred to the fascists of Italy under
Mussolini. Nazism on the other hand, referred as National Socialism, is in an
ideological concept of the Nazi Party or the National Socialist German
Workers’ Party of Adolf Hitler.

Fascism believes in the “corporatism” of all elements in society to form an
“Organic State”. They were not racial and had no strong opinion of any race.
For Fascists, the state was the most important element. The Doctrine of Fascism,
which is the authoritative document of the fascism, emphasis on nationalism,
corporatism, totalitarianism and militarism. According to this Doctrine the
State is all embracing and no human or spiritual value exists beyond it.

But Nazism emphasised on racism. While fascism considered state as important,
Nazism considered “Aryanism” as more important. The Nazism doctrine believed
in the superiority of the Aryan race.

While fascism was based on certain political ideology, Nazism was blindly based
on racial hatred.

Nazism considered class based society as enemy and stood for unifying the racial
element. But fascism wanted to preserve the class system. The fascists almost
accepted the concept of social mobility, while Nazism was against it.

Nazism considered state as a means for the advancement of the master race. But
fascism considered state to be a form of nationalism. Fascists considered
nationalism as something related to national culture as opposed to other
cultures.

Coming to the etymology, fascist comes from fascio, an Italiam word, meaning a
union of bundle. Nazi comes from the first two syllables of
Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, which is the German language
name of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party.

Summary

1.Fascism is a term that was originally referred to the fascists of Italy under
Mussolini. Nazism on the other hand, referred as National Socialism, is in an
ideological concept of the Nazi Party.

2.For Fascists, the state was the most important element. But Nazism emphasised

Excerpt:
Socialism is the doctrine that man has no right to exist for his own sake, that
his life and his work do not belong to him, but belong to society, that the only
justification of his existence is his service to society, and that society may
dispose of him in any way it pleases for the sake of whatever it deems to be its
own tribal, collective good. ~ Ayn Rand

Fascism is capitalism in decay. ~ Vladimir Lenin

Are socialism and fascism different from each other? I would say that they have
some differences and also some similarities. I cannot take a judgment on this.
So let's have a brief discussion on this topic on socialism vs fascism.

Socialism and Fascism

Socialism is defined as a set of various theories or systems of the ownership
and operation of the means of production and distribution by society or
community rather than by private individuals, with all members of society
sharing in the work and products. It means that everyone works for the greater
good. Also read on what is socialism?

Fascism is described as a system of government characterized by rigid one party
dictatorship, a forcible suppression of opposition, all private economic
enterprises should be under government control, aggressive nationalism, racism
and militarism.

Difference Between Fascism and Socialism

Fascism
•Fascism is an extremist ideology. It believes in a super patriotic and
dictatorial single party state. People who believe in fascism are known as
fascists.
•Fascists believe in a concept that states a nation or people can only prosper
if they are constantly fighting with other nations or its own people. The weak
are killed and the strong live ahead.
•Fascist governments are dictatorial. There is no right for free speech and
opposition against the government is a strict no no.
•Nowadays, people have made fascism an adjective, which they use to label
governments which they don't like to see.
•Some of the popular fascist countries have been Germany under the rule of Adolf
Hitler, Italy under Benito Mussolini, Spain under Fransisco Franco, Argentina
under Peron, Chile under Pinochet and Japan under Tojo.
Socialism
•Socialism is not an ideology. It advocates theories of an economical and
liberal society, where public workers directly own their properties and
factories. A socialist society is a free society which gives equal access to
resources through the method of equality and brotherhood.
•Socialism sounds nice, but a large number of people feel it's impractical.
Human nature abolishes a practical implementation of socialism, every time it
gets a chance. People have strongly objected the theory of socialism.
•Rational people often call it impractical, one of the main objectives of
socialism is to solve the inequalities between people, but let's be honest, we
won't allow it.
•Some popular socialist countries are the USSR, Communist China, Sweden,
England, Cuba and North Korea. Socialism is also a concept that is followed in
some countries like Africa, as well as some in south east Asia. Recently
Venezuela has also become a socialist country under the leadership of its
president Hugo Chavez.
Socialism vs fascism, these two political ideas differ from each other greatly.
The best way to describe socialism vs fascism is that they are two opposite
sides of the same power coin – one is on the left side and other is on the right
side. Read more on:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bolivarianism
Excerpt:
Chávez's version of Bolivarianism, although drawing heavily from Simón Bolívar's ideals, was also influenced by the writings of Marxist historian Federico Brito Figueroa. Chávez was also thoroughly steeped in the South American tradition of socialism and communism early in his life, such as that practiced by Jorge Eliécer Gaitán, Fidel Castro, Che Guevara and Salvador Allende. Other key influences on Chávez's political philosophy include Ezequiel Zamora and Simón Rodríguez. Although Chávez himself refers to his ideology as Bolivarianismo ("Bolivarianism"), Chávez's supporters and opponents in Venezuela refer to themselves as being either for or against "chavismo"[citation needed]. Chávez supporters refer to themselves as "chavistas."[citation needed]
Later in his life, Chávez would acknowledge the role that democratic socialism (a form of socialism that emphasizes grassroots democratic participation in neighbourhood committees that are apart from the constitutional democratic institutions) plays in Bolivarianism. For example, on 30 January 2005 at the World Social Forum in Porto Alegre, Brazil, Chávez declared his support for democratic socialism as integral to Bolivarianism, proclaiming that humanity must embrace "a new type of socialism, a humanist one, which puts humans, and not machines or the state, ahead of everything."[1] He later reiterated this sentiment in a 26 February speech at the 4th Summit on Social Debt held in Caracas.

Donald Trump could be the next boldfaced name involved in the new venture between Rob Lowe and Colony Capital's Tom Barrack, whose firm is spearheading negotiations for financier David Bergstein and construction magnate Ron Tutor to acquire Miramax. Barrack and Trump, who are old friends, had dinner Thursday night at Spago in LA to discuss opportunities in entertainment. They've collaborated on real-estate deals in the past. When Barrack worked for Texas billionaire Robert Bass in 1988, he sold Trump the Plaza hotel.

We know that Tom Barrack and William Bone own Sunrise Colony, which holds the mortgage on Conrad Murray's Las Vegas soon-to-be-foreclosed home in the Red Rock Country Club. We know that Tohme enlisted Tom Barrack to not only buy the nearly defaulted loan on Neverland, but we also know that Tom Barrack also enlisted Randy Phillips and Phillip Anschutz of AEG to work with Michael on the 02 concert series. We know that Colony Capital "married with the Kingdom of Saudi Prince Alwaleed..." creating the Raffles and Fairmont hotel chains. Prince Alwaleed was friends with MJ for a very long time, partnering with him and SONY to form MJJ Productions, among other things. There are probably more connections here, but in short, COLONY CAPITAL IS EVERYWHERE with regard to Michael Jackson business partners. EVERYWHERE. Philip Frederick Anschutz (pronounced ANN-shoots, born December 28, 1939 in Russell, Kansas) is an American entrepreneur. Anschutz bought out his father's drilling company in 1961, and earned large returns in Wyoming. He then diversified his portfolio by investing in stocks, real estate, and railroads. He then began investing in entertainment companies, co-founding Major League Soccer as well as multiple teams, including the LA Galaxy, Chicago Fire, Houston Dynamo, San Jose Earthquakes, New York / New Jersey Metro Stars, and the Kansas City Wizards. In addition, Anschutz owns stakes in the LA Lakers, LA Kings, and venues including the Staples Center, The O2 Arena (London), and the Home Depot Center. Anschutz also invests in family films such as The Chronicles of Narnia. Forbes ranks him the 34th richest person in the U.S. with an estimated net worth of $7 billion as of October 2010.[1]

AEG also owns in Los Angeles, The Staples Center in Los Angeles, The Home Depot Center in Carson, California, Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri and the multi-purpose arena known as "The O2," formerly the Millennium Dome.
Anschutz's investment in the Millennium Dome in London, (through his company Anschutz Entertainment Group now The O2) previously resulted in his involvement in controversy related to the possible influence of former British Deputy Prime Minister, John Prescott in the award of the "super casino" license by the British government. Anschutz knows Prescott personally, having had him as a guest for a two-night stay at Anschutz's ranch in 2005 and footing the bill for hospitality and gifts.[5]
In January 2007, the "Super Casino" license was awarded to a group in Manchester, rather than to Blackpool or London.[6] Anschutz spent £50m on the MEN arena and the winner of the casino licence is a close ally of Anshutz, Sol Kerzner. [7] [8]
AEG is planning to develop similar entertainment complexes to London's O2 Arena, including the O2 World in Berlin and an entertainment complex around the existing Staples Center.
In August 2007, AEG announced plans with Harrah's Entertainment to build a privately-financed 20,000-seat arena in Las Vegas on the Strip [9] on Harrah's land located directly behind the Bally's Las Vegas and Paris Las Vegas resorts.

Admitted tax cheat Giuseppe Cipriani is back in town after nearly a year abroad and working out a deal with the feds so he won't be deported, sources told Page Six.
The dashing restaurateur -- who left Manhattan for London, Uruguay and Dubai last year after he and his dad, Arrigo, copped to tax evasion and agreed to fork over $10 million -- set tongues wagging when he waltzed in for dinner at Harry Cipriani on Fifth Avenue Tuesday night.
Because he's an Italian citizen and has admitted to tax fraud, Cipriani could face possible arrest and a permanent heave-ho from the US under federal law.

Patrick McMullan
But a law-enforcement source said yesterday that Cipriani -- who mixed with boldface types including Naomi Campbell, Helena Christensen, Calvin Klein, Michael Douglas, Harvey Weinstein and Sean "P. Diddy" Combs -- is back in the country "legally, and everyone that needs to know his whereabouts has been informed."
Another source said Cipriani is "in the process of hammering out issues" with immigration and customs officials. Vanity Fair reported this year that Giuseppe and his father had been "dogged by allegations of mob connections and shady political dealings" before they left the city. But it isn't believed that any deal Giuseppe made with the feds would require him to name names.
Page Six sources said Cipriani appeared relaxed during the impromptu comeback tour of his flagship eatery, shaking hands and chatting with customers.
Earlier this year, Giuseppe claimed he was out of the country on business and was determined to return. "I can go back. I will go back," he told Vanity Fair, adding: "Usually, when you plead to something, it means that you make a deal. So we made a deal."
A rep for Cipriani said, "Giuseppe is in town for some meetings," but declined to discuss any of his legal issues.

We're told the deal is being put together quickly and could close as early as today.

TMZ broke the story ... Lowe and Barrack have teamed up with Flavio Briatore (a major Formula One player) and Giuseppe Cipriani (owner of the famed restaurant) to create "a multi-platform media company, similar to DreamWorks."

UPDATE:  TMZ has learned the Miramax offer involves 3 players, Lowe, Barrack and Ron Tutor, a construction mogul.  We're told Briatore and Cipriani are not involved in the Miramax deal.

Construction magnate Ron Tutor and troubled financier David Bergstein in exclusive talks for Miramax

Tutor
Los Angeles construction magnate Ron Tutor and his embattled film financier partner, David Bergstein, are entering into exclusive negotiations with Walt Disney Co. to acquire Miramax Films.
Tutor confirmed Friday morning in an interview with The Times that "we have the right to exclusively negotiate and conclude a deal," beginning Monday. The parties reached a handshake agreement Thursday night and it's now under review by lawyers, Tutor said.
A Disney representative was not immediately available for comment.
The surprise development comes shortly after a failed attempt by supermarket tycoon Ron Burkle and Miramax founders Bob and Harvey Weinstein to buy back the specialty movie company for around $600 million.

And billionaires certainly attract famous friends. One of Burkle's closest pals is former President Bill Clinton, who heads a group of high-flying politicians with whom he is close.
In the realm of scandals, too, Burkle, who made his billions from California supermarket chains, now appears to be in a league of his own. He is not just quarreling with the New York Post's catty gossip bible, Page Six -- a favorite billionaire sport -- he is engaged in the Desert Storm of publicity wars with the newspaper, alleging that the paper has acted improperly.

Ronald Wayne Burkle (born November 12, 1952) is an American business magnate. A major political fundraiser, he is listed on the Forbes 400, with an estimated net worth of $3.5 billion in 2008.[1]

[edit] Life and career

Burkle was born in Pomona, California. He got his start in the supermarket business as a bag boy at his father's grocery store. He later dropped out of college and founded Yucaipa Companies, a private equity firm[2] which invests in retail, manufacturing, and distribution.
Burkle has served as Chairman of the Board and controlling shareholder of numerous companies, including Alliance Entertainment,[3] Golden State Foods, Dominick's, Fred Meyer, Ralphs, and Food4Less. He is currently a member of the board of Occidental Petroleum Corporation,[4] KB Home,[5] and Yahoo![6]
Burkle is a well-known Democratic supporter and fundraiser who has raised more than $1,000,000 for the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign. Bill Clinton is employed by The Yucaipa Companies to help identify possible investment opportunities.[7] He has supported California State Treasurer Phil Angelides and employed former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown, both of whom are former California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) board members, but has also made contributions to California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.[8] Robert Novak reported in June 2007 that 98 percent of Burkle's $1.5 million political contributions to date have gone to Democrats.[9] Burkle helped finance Al Gore's cable Current TV network.[10]
Burkle is also known for a tussle with the New York Post which tagged him the "Billionaire Party Boy".

[edit] Pittsburgh Penguins

He is part owner of the Pittsburgh Penguins[11] National Hockey League team, although his current share is unknown. He co-owns the franchise with Penguins legend Mario Lemieux. The Penguins won the Stanley Cup in 2009.

[edit] Wild Oats

Wild Oats Markets was an operator of natural foods stores and farmers' markets in North America. Burkle started buying Wild Oats stock in February 2005. By the time Whole Foods Market, a natural-foods grocer, agreed to pay $565 million for Wild Oats, Burkle was the largest shareholder of Wild Oats.[12]

[edit] Golden State Foods

Burkle sold his majority stake in supplier Golden State Foods to St. Louis-based Wetterau Associates for about $110 million. Golden State, one of McDonald's biggest suppliers, operates 11 distribution centers in the United States and abroad and two U.S. processing plants.[13]

[edit] Follieri and the Vati-Con scandal

On April 30, 2008, a Delaware judge dismissed Burkle's lawsuit against Raffaello Follieri, ex-boyfriend of actress Anne Hathaway, after he agreed to repay Burkle more than $1.3 million Burkle loaned him, a small amount of the money Burkle lost in the Vati-Con Scandal.[14]

[edit] Investments and transactions

Burkle's investments and transactions include:

[edit] Payola scandal

In April 2006, Burkle accused New York Post columnist Jared Paul Stern of attempting to extort money from him in exchange for stopping the publication of stories in Page Six, the paper's gossip column, about his private life.[21] Burkle secretly videotaped two private meetings between himself and Stern, with the second meeting orchestrated and monitored by the FBI. Stern allegedly asked Burkle for a $220,000 investment in his clothing business in exchange for better coverage. Stern was subsequently fired by the Post.[22]

[edit] Relationship with Organized Labor

Ron has received numerous honors and awards from labor including the AFL-CIO Murray Green Meany Kirkland Community Service Award [23] and The Los Angeles County Federation of Labor Man of the Year.[24]

[edit] Personal

Ron has three children with Janet Burkle; Carrie Burkle, Kate Burkle and Andrew Burkle. Ron and Janet divorced in 2003 after a period of separation from 1997 to 2003. Janet now lives in New York with two of their children.

Another influential Jewish gambling mogul today is Sol Kerzner, founder and principal owner of Sun City (also known as "Sin City"), a resort playground created in 1979 in a poverty-stricken area of apartheid South Africa. Kerzner's modern empire has expanded with extravagant casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey, the Bahamas, Mauritus, France, and a Native American site in Connecticut. An alleged bribery scheme involving the Jewish mayor of Capetown, David Bloomberg, in 1986 held up -- for a while -- his United States investments. "Sun City," notes reporter Jay Clarke, "started out as a 'Sin City,' a place where South Africans could let their hair down because it was located then in the so-called 'independent homeland' of Bophuthatswana. Gambling, show-girl revenues, and prostitution were the lures." [CLARKE, p. TR1]

"If ever there was an appropriate setting for corruption it is Sun City," noted the (London) Guardian, "situated as it is in one of nine homelands which represent the cornerstones of that most corrupt of social systems, apartheid." [BERESFORD, p. 18] One of the Israelis who made millions off the immoral socio-political system surrounding Sun City is Shabtai Kalmanovitch; he worked as an "economic advisor" to Bophuthatswana' s dictator. [BERESFORD, p. 18] )

In recent years Sun City has attempted to diversify by creating a family-oriented "Lost City" adventure park adjoining the casino. "The patent reason why the Lost City has been designed as a family playground and entertainment centre," says the (London) Guardian, "is that it entices the public into gaming. The corridors leading to the main casino even feature children's versions of slot machines -- game machines -- which could with some justification be described as nursery slopes inculcating the joys (or otherwise) of adult addiction to the one-armed bandits packing the main 'treasure hall.'" [BERESFORD, p. 18]

Kalmanovitch, a former KGB spy and allegedly, for a time, a Mossad operative as well, was born in Lithuania in 1947 and emigrated with his family to Israel in the early 1970s. He built a fortune in construction and gambling enterprises in South Africa’s Bantustans (black homelands) and by the 1980s, Kalmanovitch had risen to celebrity status as one of the richest Soviet emigres in Israel, with close ties to Israeli leaders, including former prime minister Golda Meir and members of the Knesset.
In 1987, while traveling in London, Kalmanovitch was arrested by Scotland Yard and extradited to the United States to faces charges of fraud involving the theft and embezzlement of approximately $27 million in company checks and signature stamps, allegedly embezzled by an employee of Merrill Lynch and delivered to Kalmanovitch at the behest of Russian organized crime. Kalmanovitch obtained bail and fled to Israel, where he was promptly arrested and convicted of spying on Israel for the Soviet KGB over a period of 17 years. He was sentenced to nine years in prison, but released after serving a little more than five years, ostensibly due to health issues but reportedly as part of a deal between Israel and the Soviet Union for the release of refuseniks.
Following his release, Kalmanovitch refused to discuss the events leading to his conviction for spying, but vehemently denied accusations that his was also involved in the smuggling of blood diamonds from South Africa and Sierra Leone.

More: Herb Strather
When Marshall's leadership was challenged in 2005, Strather wrote to tribal members urging his reelection. Strather, however, sold his interest last year, when Marshall struck a deal with the developers of Connecticut's Mohegan Sun resort, Sol Kerzner and Len Wolman. That deal would give the investors 6.5 percent of the gross revenue of a casino, hotel, and convention business, according to the court documents. Currently, Mohegan Sun is grossing about $1.3 billion annually.
Sol Kerzner again!!!
Just who is Sol Kerzner?

"Born outside Johannesburg in 1935 to Russian Jewish immigrants... by 26, he had entered the hotel business and in 1964 opened his first luxury hotel in South Africa using money invested by his accounting clients....Part of the Russian/Jewish mafia is he?

In 1979, Kerzner created Sun City — the world’s first modern casino-resort, in the heart of the apartheid-era black homeland of Bophuthatswana. Technically not considered a part of South Africa, the location allowed Kerzner to operate a gambling casino and screen X-rated movies, activities that were illegal at the time in white-governed South Africa....

In mid-1987, Kerzner left South Africa under a cloud of suspicion and resettled in London. He was charged by a prosecutor in the black homeland of Transkei of bribing the governor of that state for casino rights. The governor served a nine-year prison sentence for accepting payment from Kerzner. Kerzner later admitted paying the money but claimed he was extorted. He spent years and millions of dollars in an eventually successful effort to get the charges dropped.
What is with the JEWISH GUYS and the
BRIBES?

Kerzner later sold most of his interest in his South African hotel empire and began looking for new markets....
his taste for the fast life would be breathlessly chronicled in the world media for decades....

Len Wolman, chairman and chief executive of lodging concern Waterford Group, of Waterford, Conn., first brought the Mohegan Sun deal to Sol Kerzner....
Butch [Kerzner, Sol's son] also befriended members of the royal family of Dubai, who became large investors in the company as well as several Kerzner projects and awarded the Kerzners a key piece of land in Dubai for a second Atlantis resort scheduled for completion in late 2008....

Puts the LIE to all the Zionist's Muslim propaganda, doesn't it?

When $ is involved, it is a different story.

The deal had barely closed when Butch was killed, along with the two pilots and another passenger in the helicopter crash.... None of Kerzner’s other children are expected to figure into his succession plans....

Kerzner International will likely bid on Britain’s “super-casino” project announced last month for Manchester, England. Kerzner also says he’s interested in pursuing a project in Las Vegas."

Quite a story, 'eh?

Oh, and I no longer want to hear about any MUSLIM-JEW TENSIONS, 'kay? Not when some SCUM ZIONIST is operating CASINOS in DUBAI!!!!
